LOST / STOLEN / UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or undelivered as addressed, we will work hard to help you locate the package. While we will help you try and locate your package by providing all relevant shipment information, non-delivered packages will not be reshipped or refunded. Once a package has been shipped we cannot be held responsible for a missing package. We encourage our customers to call their local Post Office and/or local Customs Office in the event of a non-delivery.
**PROCESSING**All tees are made to order! I work really hard to get them out quick. That being said… I’m only one person. I put a 14 day processing time on most of my orders, but bleached items could be 15-30 days! It is rare, but sometimes things happen that are out of my control… weather, backordered items, shipping delays.
